Calling All Designers: Project Project Runway Season 10

Do you watch Project Runway each week and dream of what you would have designed for each challenge? Join us for Project Project Runway and make those designs real…only for a slightly smaller model.

All skill levels of designers are welcome in this supportive, non-competitive group. You’ll actually be surprised at how much your sewing skills improve during the season.

Here’s how it works:

  • Send us an email through the contact form at the bottom of this page letting us know you are ready to make it work. If you have a blog sent the URL too and we’ll add you to the blogroll.
  • Join the Project Project Runway Flickr group, so you can show us your designs each week.
  • Get yourself a fashion doll. (Susi did this great post about choosing a doll.)
  • Look for each week’s challenge here on Friday morning starting July 20th.
  • Post your in workroom shots during the week to the Flickr group
  • On the following Thursday morning, post the pictures of your doll modeling your designs to the Flickr group.

    • I’m in! I’ve been eyeing up some new models for this series. You all have such cute ones that I don’t seem to be able to find in the UK.

    • I’m in! And this time I promise not to fizzle out at the end (um.. like the other two times…) Aurora, Pencil and Ariel are ready to go as my models again this season! If I can drag them away from the beach parties that is. 🙂

    • I’m so exctied I have been playing around with making Barbie clothing recently so this is a perfect fit 🙂 :). I have a full line up of models. (I can not leave them anywhere I see them for a dollar and my daughter is not convinced she doesn’t need the newest barbie on the shelves so we may have a porfolio of models that rivals some of the largest New York Agencies though our males model selection is lacking) Anyway, I have been a lazy blogger but intent to change my lazy ways and croncle my creations there as well as in the flicker group.

    • I have sourced a Liv doll and also a Fashionista Barbie who is posable. I think they are going to enjoy this season.
