PPR Challenge #10 – The Runway

This week for Project Project Runway the designers were asked to create a look inspired by sophisticated 70’s style. The look had to be eye-catching enough to be sold on line at Piperlime. Then surprise, The designers had to create a second look which could only be one piece.
