PPR Challenge #6 – House of Cornish

I went with Spring!
Spring in the city
My girl is going to the City for the weekend, museums, shows, lunching with old friends. She is ‘moneied’. (As all the girls who do ‘weekend’s are! Of course!)
She has on slacks. (not cigarette pants, but actual trousers.)
high waist trouser
And a blouse. The top has sleeves, and some rooching around the middle, so it is flattering, not just full volume. I love this fabric. It is barbie scale, but several patterns all checker boarded down together. And then it has a subtle shimmer.

I have had some personal challenges of my own this week. That put some wicked time constraints on my look. Let’s  just say the back is cool! But the finishing is not what I would want it to be today.I hope I don’t get kicked off for trousers. Or for poor finishing. But, I had fun. And for what it is worth, I would wear this outfit.
See you on the runway.
