I finished Kate the cat from the currently issue of Knitty just in time for the lovely Daria’s birthday (no picture of something I’m knitting for her this year instead of a FO!). Here she is frolicking in the birthday fun.
She was pretty darn easy to make if you are comfortable with using double pointed needles. I used Renyold Signature yarn instead of the suggest Lion’s Brand & she came out slightly smaller than the pattern one. That is the joy of toys though gauge doesn’t matter!
I also got Spherey’s head/body done yesterday. He’s made out of Debbie Bliss Cashmerino, how decadent but only the best for my roommate Maryann!
