Tooting My Own Horn II

I know it’s only August, but this year’s issue of Better Homes and Garden Holiday Crafts is out (though really it’s not too early to be working on holiday projects).

And lookie what’s in it.

Those are my Potted Button Trees featured in the Merry Red & White section. It’s always such a thrill to see something I made photographed by a professional and in print. (Yes, I actually knit the samples they used.) This is the second time BHG has featured one of my patterns, can I now call myself published?!

    • On my way to buy this right now. Never too early for the holidays. Congrats. One day I hope to see some of my work in popular magazines.

    • I followed your pattern and made these a couple of years ago and they are fabulous. I get compliments all the time. Your pattern was easy and they look just like yours. Thank you.

    • Hurray!! For you!!! I have finally learned to knit so now I can make these. I almost bought this while on vacation. If I had opened it up I would have. Now to find it at home.
