Getting Crafty in Stockholm

We’ve moved on from Amsterdam to Stockholm and I hear it is a great place for those of us who are crafty. Here’s a few things I found today while walking around Gamla Stan (Old Town).
Felted Rings
Check out all these felted rings. Kind of fun but expensive at $144! It looked like you could buy extra felted balls to change the color whenever you wanted.
Knitting store
On one street, Österlånggatan, I found not one but, three knitting shops. Most of the yarn was things I could find at home like Debbie Bliss and Rowan but, I did pick up a few knitting patterns.
Swedish Knitting Pattern
There was actually one more hat pattern I really wanted but, it was only available in Swedish. I probably could have figured it out just from the graph but, the ladies working at the store were nice enough to find me a few English patterns.
Now, what I really looking for is some beautiful Swedish textiles….
