Spend most of the afternoon cleaning out my office/studio space. It was so bad with piles of fabric & bags of yarn you couldn’t even see the floor. Now I have space to move up my new sewing machine. The computer is going away now that I have laptop so I’ll have space for cutting & such. I’m glad I’ve finally gotten motivated to do this because I really would like to move everything out of the dining room & I really like my little space under the eaves.
Handmade 365 2010- My goal is to spend time everyday working on something handmade for a year & photograph it.

Sometimes working at home, makes you less productive. People are sometimes less disciplined to keep in mind that you should been working. Though, it is a great idea to have your workstation in the attic.
perhaps, one day, I'll be able to have my own workroom, rather than use the dining room. I have 5 bedroooms and study, so it shouldn't be too hard. Also have a teenage son seriously into art, , so we both spread at out. At least the middle one keeps his various instruments to his room!
