Quilt of the Day: Opal

One of my favorite quilting bloggers is Pippa Quilts and I just had to share her lastest creation, Opal. (This girl produces quilts like nobody’s business!)

All her quilts are beautiful, but what I thought was really interesting about this one is how she took a painting she liked and turned it into this quilt. I love seeing where other crafters get their inspirations. (She shows some other pieces that would look great as quilts as well.)

Where do you get your inspiration for your crafty endeavors?
