Chick’s Grumpasaurus

One of the things I love about designing knitting patterns, especially those for toys, is seeing how other knitters adapt the pattern. This morning the perfect example of this was brought to my attention on our Facebook page. Meet Chick and his mini me.

I could just die from the cute grumpiness, those ears, those spots! Chick’s new buddy was knit up by his friend Burns, who I hear has done a few adaptations to our Grumpasaurus pattern over the years.

You can read all about Chick and his other canine buddies on Love and a Six-Foot Leash, a wonderful blog full of beautiful dog photographes (like the three above) and stories of being a dog foster parent. These people do good work folks!

Have you knit up a fun adaptation of one of our patterns? We’d love to hear about it or see a picture in our Flickr group.
