Christmas Knitting Goodness

Check out the lovely knitting related gifts I received this Christmas.

My sister-in-law made the pretty yarn bowl. She was so worried because I had put a wooden one on my wish list, but I only did that with hopes she’d make me one of hers!

The little brown and blue skein is a mini-skein from Three Irish Girls Yarn up in Superior, Wisconsin. The purple yarn is one my sister dyed when she took a dying class with them. Their yarn is just yummy. I’ll show you the beautiful colorway they did for the Minnesota Knitters’ Guild retreat soon.

A little felted sheep bag that is perfect for keeping stitch markers.

The Rowen Cotten Glace in three beautiful green shades is from my Secret Santa in my photo a day group. I’m thinking of using it to make this Canaletto Cowl. (A pattern my husband researched & send to me!)

And finally, a fun Debbie Bliss stockinette mug. I love the instructions for the stitch inside.

Hope you all got lots of knitting goodness over the holidays and lots of downtime to knit! I am busily working on our Under the Sea Mittens KAL starting Monday. Until then, have a happy new year!
