Mitten Garland Advent Calendar – Mitten #13

Happy Monday Mitten Day, it’s a holiday here in the states so that means extra time for knitting! Here it is your Advent Calendar Mitten 13 Chart

I love this mitten, it is another one inspired by a pattern on a sweater. It looks really intricate, but you are still only ever knitting two colors per row.

We are really getting quite a set now!

I have to say that these are knitting up a lot faster for me at this point. I used to feel clumsy doing Latvian braid, but now it just seems second nature. Also I am happier with how my gauge from straight knitting to color work is a little more consistent. It is almost like knitting up a sampler to practice your skills. I hope everyone else is feeling the same way.
