I scream, you scream, we all scream.
I have seen this on the web and finally i decided to “give it a go” as the English say.
Banana “Ice Cream”
- 3-4 bananas (1.5 banana per serving desired)
- toppings (all optional)
- mini chocolate chips
- peanuts
- blueberries
1. Peel and slice bananas
2. Put them in a tupperware and freeze
3. When frozen through, remove from freezer and drop chunks into the blender
4. Blend until smooth
5. Scoop into bowl
6. Top
7. Enjoy
My husband keeps asking “really? What else is in here?” And I keep saying “it’s “ice cream”, because my daughter is listening. It is remarkable how creamy and wonderful this recipe is with NO added sugar or cream.
Enjoy!

Oh wow! I have a bunch of bananas that have just been waiting for this recipe to happen.
I’ve made this too & it is really amazing. It’s great especially if you have someone who is lactose intolerant in your house.
It is also good with some peanut butter and/or cocoa. I stuck some bananas in the freezer a couple days ago,, but my husband keeps snitching the whole frozen bananas
as snacks before I get a chance to stick them in the food processor. Frozen grapes are also great!
