Susan over at Living with Punks makes these amazingly sweet quilted silhouettes.
I think her color choices really help them pop too. Best of all she has a tutorial so we can make out own. Quilting on this scale seems a little more manageable to me right now.

It looks a lot like a method I used to make a pillow last year. Super fun, but I did it by hand which was crazy making!
